Manzanita City Hall & Police Department

This project is a new 4,100sf city hall building and 1,450sf police department building with covered walkway vestibule connecting buildings.   Program spaces included public city council chambers, conference room, lobby, business offices, armory and garage. 

ELECTRICAL SCOPE: Temporary construction power, new utility 600A service, utility coordination design, MDP, panelboards, lighting & controls.  Site lighting.  Design build 150kW diesel generator emergency power system.  Design build datacomm, access controls, CCTV, fire alarm, and audio visual, with interconnection of systems between buildings.  

SKSD Hawthorne Transportation Depot

This project is complete demo and renovation of 4,755sf of office space on second floor, complete demo and renovation of 2,055sf of office space on first floor, select demo and remodel of 2,000sf of storage space on first floor, new elevator, replacement roof, interior & exterior paint, upgrade by replacement of all building MEP systems.  Site design of 73,472sf vehicle storage area includes landscape design, replacement fencing adding motorized gates, partial demo of existing canopy structure, replacement site lighting, new site security system. 

ELECTRICAL SCOPE: Temporary construction power, temporary fire alarm, total replacement of 800A service, MDP, panelboards, seismic engineering, transformers, elevator power module, lighting & controls.  Site lighting and extensive site power.   Preconstruction and post construction testing of owner’s existing to remain auto maintenance, fueling and washing station equipment.  Design build datacomm, telecom, access controls, intrusion control, video surveillance, audio visual, paging and clock system, fire alarm with integration of systems to school district standard and interconnection of systems with school district mainframe. 

Dallas High School CTE Building Renovation

This project is renovation of existing CTE building; 1-story wood frame building of approximately 14,800 sf.  This project consists of complete demolition of all interior equipment, MEP systems, partition walls, and all finishes back to studs at all perimeter walls.  The construction is a complete renovation of the existing shell of the CTE building, new storage building, new greenhouse, and site related items. New entry vestibule at the athletic entrance of the existing high school.  New electric gates with controls at north and south campus entrances. 

ELECTRICAL SCOPE: Temporary construction power and lighting, new utility service 200A, replacement SDP 600A, panelboards, lighting & controls.  Design build datacomm, access controls, CCTV, fire alarm, interconnection of all systems to existing systems on multiple school campus buildings.   

Nehalem Bay State Park Staff Cabins

This project is construction of six new cabins.   Each cabin is 482sf and includes a bedroom, bathroom and living/dining room with free standing kitchen appliances. 

ELECTRICAL SCOPE: Temporary construction power, new service to each cabin 125A, load centers, lighting and controls. 

IAA Auction Yard Design Build

This project is electrical design build, plans and permitting of mostly unimproved ten-acre site including new utilities for electrical service and data service to meet owner requirements for new modular office buildings, site cameras, motorized gates in heavy equipment rated storage yard.

ELECTRICAL SCOPE:  Utility coordination, underground horizontal boring, extensive site underground, new 400A 480V service pad mount, new 400A 208V service building mount, new 30’ utility poles with lightning protection, power and media boxes serving commercial camera installation by owner’s vendor.    

Legion Park New Sports Complex

This project is renovation of existing city park to include new turf field, new covered stadium seating, restrooms, new pickleball courts, new basketball courts, new interactive play area and new storage building.   Project include new sports lighting and audio equipment. 

ELECTRICAL SCOPE:  New utility 200A 480V service, new panelboards, transformers, extensive electrical underground, new 60’ pole stadium lights, stadium lighting control system. 

Clackamas Community College Rook Hall Renovation

The Project is alteration to existing secondary education building at Clackamas Community College. Reconfiguration of interior partition walls to create new meeting rooms, classrooms, mother’s room, storage areas; and reconfigured office suite and catering area.  It includes upgrade of existing MEP systems and addition of whole building lighting inverter to replace existing non-functional generator system.

Hayu Tillixum Affordable Housing Apartment Complex

This project is located on 0.44-acre site near the intersection of NE Prescott Street and NE Cully Boulevard. There are (8) tuck-under surface parking spaces along the west side. The ground floor is slab-on-grade, Type-IA construction with retail, community room and lobby and support space for housing above. Floors 2-4 are Type-VB wood-framed structure with 50 dwelling units. A second-floor patio overlooks a ground floor exterior courtyard. The building will require NFPA 13 fire sprinklers.  The project will follow Earth Advantage Multifamily Homes standards. 

ELECTRICAL SCOPE: Temporary construction power, 2000A service indoor meter rooms, indoor utility transformer room, lighting and controls.  Design build datacomm, telecom, access controls, intrusion control, video surveillance, fire alarm.  

Lakeridge High School Football Stadium

This project consists of improvements to the existing grandstand and other associated including demo of existing and replacement of new roof canopy, stairways, and press box, stadium seating.  Construction of new Concessions 101 and Restrooms 104A and 104B and storage rooms. 

ELECTRICAL SCOPE: Temporary construction power and lighting, relocation and replacement of existing panelboards, new lighting and controls, integration of lighting controls with existing climatech system.  Design build datacomm, telecom, access controls, intrusion control, video surveillance, audio visual, paging and clock system, fire alarm with integration of systems to school standard and interconnection of systems with school main building system.   

Marion County Juvenile Services Building

This project comprises a 20,460SF new office building for the Juvenile Administration department located on the existing campus. 

ELECTRICAL SCOPE: Temporary construction power and lighting, new utility 1200A service, electrical site underground, lighting and controls.  Design build datacomm, telecom, access controls, intrusion control, video surveillance, fire alarm with integration of systems to county standard and interconnection of systems underground to multiple existing campus buildings.   

Oregon State Library Renovation

The State Library is a historic 5-story building located at the Capitol Mall in Salem, Oregon. The renovations include the following tenant improvement areas: a portion of the first floor (1,174 square feet), a portion of the second floor (3,114 square feet), the majority of the third floor (7,643 square feet), and the fourth floor (2,116square feet). Additionally, these tenant improvement areas include an entire building lighting upgrade; and other mechanical upgrades.
